For your private lesson to run smoothly we recomend having roughly 3×2 Meters of space. Dont worry we can always work around limited space and adapt our lessons to suite your requirments!

Martial Arts Express will supply all equipment except personal boxing or mma gloves and personal gi/kimino.
Dont worry gloves and gi is not essential and according to your goals you might not even be wearing a gi!
We recommend having your own gloves if striking is in your program.

Yes! The convience of Martial Arts Express is that you can do lessons anywhere! Backyard, Garage, Living Room, Park etc.
You name the place we will be there! (within reason)

Martial Arts express will be there 10 minutes early for your lesson to set up the portable mats and other equipment that will be used in the lesson. We will then work on your goals with relevant drills, techniques or exercises.
